Our apartment offers you everything you need for a comfortable holiday on a generous area. With three bedrooms – two double rooms and one triple room – as well as three bathrooms, sufficient space and privacy for the whole family is guaranteed.

The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle leaves nothing to be desired. SAT-TV and free WiFi provide entertainment, while the bread roll service brightens the morning. A ski boot dryer and two free parking spaces round off the offer.

The Kappl-Alblitt ski area offers 42 km of perfectly groomed slopes up to 2,700 m altitude – ideal for families and leisure skiers. The valley station is only 700 m from our house.

Besides skiing, toboggan runs, rustic mountain huts and a dreamlike winter landscape await you. The nearby ski areas of Ischgl, See and Galtür offer additional variety. Cross-country skiing and snowshoe hiking are also possible in the region.

After an eventful day in the mountains, our in-house sauna awaits you. Enjoy the soothing warmth of the Finnish sauna or the bio sauna and cool down afterwards outdoors – in winter, also in the snow.

The sauna is exclusively and privately available to you. A sauna bag with bathrobe is provided. Usage is free on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
